Wendy Look

I'm Wendy, a mixed methods User Experience (UX) Researcher with 10+ years of big tech experience. My previous roles include Senior Technical Program Manager and Corporate Operations Engineer.

I have a deep passion for understanding people and how technology could better serve their needs. I hold a Master's in Human Factors in Information Design with a specialty in UX Research. A lover of East Asian languages, my bachelor's degree is in Mandarin and Japanese but I've also learned Korean on the side. German is my latest endeavor while living in Switzerland.

I enjoy learning and am always open to exciting opportunities, personal or career-wise, that keep me challenged. During my spare time, you'll find me gardening, hiking, finding good Asian food spots, solving puzzles, or exploring new activities of interest. Right now, I'm making kimchi and learning to sports climb outdoors!
